Job Summary
Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey. Work part-time (Monday–Friday, 29 hours per week) with evening availability likely required across Westchester County outpatient clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- CPR and first aid certification
- MUST have experience treating post op cases
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred
