Physical Therapist - Part Time Inpatient

Conduct physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, discharge planning, and documentation for patients. Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and families while incorporating them into goal setting. Implement treatment protocols based on patient presentation and consult with healthcare professionals as needed. Manage accurate schedules, meet productivity expectations, and demonstrate empathy to ensure frictionless patient access. Complete discharge planning and follow-up care while accurately documenting and charging for patient activities. Take initiative in pursuing continuing education and serve as a clinical instructor for students. Assist with orientation and mentoring of new staff, students, volunteers, and technicians.
