Physical Therapist - (Part-time)

Evaluate and treat patients in the Rehab and LTAC hospitals, conducting initial and discharge evaluations, setting goals, and documenting progress in the EMR. Develop treatment plans to meet functional goals while educating patients, families, and staff as needed. Communicate patient updates during clinical conferences and coordinate daily with interdisciplinary team members, outside physicians, and vendors for equipment orders. Serve as a CI/mentor for interns and participate in hospital skills checks. Requires a GA PT license, one year of rehab experience, and a doctoral degree preferred.
