Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized plans of care incorporating manual therapy, neuromuscular training, and functional rehabilitation for orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses. Collaborate with support staff and specialists to provide seamless, team-based care while documenting patient progress and fostering long-term well-being through tailored fitness and wellness programs. Engage in professional development via educational programs, workshops, and in-service meetings. This part-time role offers exposure to diverse clinical specialties including geriatrics, pelvic health, and aquatics, supported by Prompt EMR with AI-scribing and structured mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state PT license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
- Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
