Job Summary

Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients (birth–18 years) while delivering therapeutic interventions to improve gross motor, self-care, and functional skills. Support families with coaching and modeling to reinforce treatment goals, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation. Work Monday through Friday 3 - 7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am - 2pm (Optional) at Westside, where you will mentor fieldwork students and apply hands-on manual manipulation skills within a collaborative hub model.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy education program
  • PT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
  • CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire
