Job Summary
Review patients' medical history, diagnose by observing movements and listening to concerns, and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to track clinical outcomes. Work in an outpatient setting within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining documentation standards. Earn $80K–$105K plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
