Physical Therapist

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting by reviewing medical history, diagnosing through observation and patient concerns, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to track clinical outcomes. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.
