Physical Therapist

Conduct outpatient orthopedic, sports, and rehabilitative care evaluations and progress individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Deliver hands-on and therapeutic exercise interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team through regular case discussions and participate in mentorship and continuing education opportunities to foster clinical growth and specialization within a patient-centered, community-oriented practice.
