Physical Therapist

Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting by reviewing medical history, diagnosing through observation of movement and listening to concerns, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals. Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed to support clinical outcomes. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong documentation standards.
