Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy for adult patients across Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester counties within home settings, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. Treat patients while maintaining a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm with weekends off. Hold a Pennsylvania PT license in good standing and possess a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Prior experience in palliative care, hospice, or geriatric settings is preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
