Job Summary
Evaluates residents and creates individualized treatment plans to restore strength, mobility, confidence, and independence in a skilled nursing setting. Maintains accurate documentation per facility guidelines, supports a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and educates residents and families. Works with a team to deliver hands-on patient care, utilizes EHR systems (Net Health or PointClickCare a plus), and supports flexible scheduling. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Salary is $65–$75/hour with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles in California; licensure in California or eligibility to apply required.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license — or eligible to apply
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
