Required Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state
- Graduate of CAPTE-accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and insured automobile
- Experience: ≥1 year as a professional physical therapist in last 3 years or recent Doctorate program with clinical rotations; preferred minimum two years in rehab/acute care/home health
