Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients through treatment planning, implementation, and discharge planning to maximize functional levels. Perform thorough clinical documentation, enter charges accurately, and modify therapy programs based on patient progress. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the medical care team while providing education to all stakeholders. Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree with two years of experience, a Physical Therapist license, and Basic Life Support certification.
