Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct evaluations and treatments based on patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and consult with patients, families, and caregivers to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Ensure thorough documentation, accurate billing, and effective communication with physicians and healthcare providers. Participate in quality improvement processes, interdisciplinary meetings, and staff conferences while contributing to program development and marketing strategies. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with 20 scheduled weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
