Job Summary
Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans with specific goals, and educate patients, families, and caregivers while collaborating with care teams. Manage patient care and supervision of assistants, aides, and students, ensuring thorough documentation and accurate billing. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, quality improvement processes, and program development to advance department goals. Maintain current licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, with 20 weekly hours and an hourly range of $43.09 to $66.47.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
