Physical Therapist Outpatient Vestibular

Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Conduct evaluations and treatments according to professional standards, develop care plans with specific goals, and consult with patients, families, caregivers, and care teams to deliver quality, patient-centered care. Manage all aspects of patient care and education, including supervising assistants, aides, office staff, and students. Maintain thorough patient records, complete billing accurately, and participate in patient care conferences, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement processes. Contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program. This role supports Intermountain Health's mission and values.
