Job Summary
Physical Therapist (Outpatient) needed to provide outpatient physical therapy services with personalized treatment plans in a full-time role in Hampton Bays, NY. Ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver care per physician orders, with opportunities for mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing education. In-house NPTE tutoring and AI-assisted documentation support are available to streamline workflow. Must hold NY license or be eligible. Salary range $85,000-$105,000 with incentive potential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
- First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
- Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan
- Experience instructing family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques
