Physical Therapist- Outpatient

Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluation and individualized treatment plans for patients in a full-time outpatient clinic setting in Great Neck, NY. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, delivering appropriate care per physician care plan and professional standards, and educating family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques. The role supports professional growth through mentorship, leadership development programs, and opportunities such as the Touro Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Residency funded by Metro, with in-house NPTE tutoring, AI-assisted documentation, and extensive CEU opportunities.
