Physical Therapist - Outpatient Therapy (Float)

Evaluates and treats patients in outpatient physical therapy settings; performs initial/ongoing assessments, develops goals and plans of care with patient/family involvement, conducts therapy interventions using standard or specialized PT techniques, completes documentation to meet departmental and regulatory standards, participates in departmental initiatives, and maintains compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
