Job Summary
Conduct clinical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in a full-spectrum outpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to communicate patient progress and provide instruction to families and caregivers on therapy follow-through. Ensure accurate documentation aligned with professional and legal standards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment that adheres to ethical and regulatory guidelines. Perform other tasks as assigned by therapy leadership. The role includes a full-time schedule from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, in Rolla, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain) in Missouri
- Current CPR certification

- Prior experience in a hospital acute care or rehab setting
