Job Summary
Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment for outpatient rehabilitation, evaluating patients, planning treatment, and teaching patients and families about care processes. Must have a valid Oklahoma license and be able to adapt to changing conditions in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy
- 0 - 6 months related experience

- Safety-sensitive position under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act
