Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Rio Rancho

Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans and goals, and implement programs to improve physical function and independence in daily activities. Continuously reassess treatment plans, educate patients and families on home programs and preventive measures, and prepare required documentation. Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care while maintaining departmental policies, quality assurance, and infection control standards. Work collaboratively with physical therapy assistants to treat people of all ages and abilities in outpatient, inpatient, and community-based settings.
