Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation

Conduct outpatient physical therapy evaluations and assessments, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function while monitoring and documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care plans, educate patients on home exercise programs, and adjust treatment plans based on patient response. Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards. Requires an active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in South Carolina, current CPR certification, and previous outpatient experience.
