Job Summary
Provides comprehensive therapeutic patient care in Outpatient Rehabilitation; educates patients, significant others, and other health care providers to assure continuity of the patient care plan; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans; supervises physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students to develop clinical skills and ensure quality patient care; requires PT degree (B.S./M.S./D.P.T) and state licensure with CPR/BLS; 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with 1 Saturday per month; Navicent Rehabilitation Hospital, Macon, GA.
Required Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school
- Current licensure in the state of applicable state and CPR certification (BLS)
