Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system efficiently. Deliver education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Handle a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily. This role includes a six-week onboarding program, access to mentorship and residency-style specialty development, and monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
