Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system within an interdisciplinary environment. Handle a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily. This role includes a six-week onboarding program, access to mentorship and residency-style specialty development, and monthly incentive earnings tied to daily visit thresholds. Located at 800 S. Lower Sacramento Road, Lodi, California.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
