Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system efficiently. Handle a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily within an interdisciplinary environment. Earn monthly incentives tied to daily average patient caseloads and receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations. The role includes access to mentorship programs, residency-style development tracks, and Limber Health software for digital patient support.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
