Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing individualized education within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily while participating in a six-week onboarding program and accessing mentorship and residency-style development tracks. Earn monthly incentives tied to daily visit thresholds. Located at 2600 Reynolds Ranch Pkwy, Suite 120, Lodi, California.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
