Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily and efficiently handle patient documentation within the EMR system. Provide education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. This role includes a six-week onboarding program, access to mentorship and residency-style specialty development, and monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 with a potential sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
