Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily and efficiently handle patient documentation within the EMR system. Provide tailored patient education within an interdisciplinary environment. Base salary ranges from $78,000 to $95,000 annually, with monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds. Located at 2301 N Lake Dr, Milwaukee, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
