Job Summary

Manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system efficiently, handling a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily in an interdisciplinary environment. Utilize Limber Health software to support in-clinic care and at-home exercise programs. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with monthly incentives tied to daily visit thresholds and a potential sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Requires a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, current licensure, and BLS certification. Located at 5401 Corporate Woods Dr, Pensacola, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
