Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system, handling a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily. Utilize Limber Health software to support in-clinic care with at-home programs and digital data analytics. Join a team offering mentorship, residency-style specialty development, and a six-week onboarding program. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available in select locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
