Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily and efficiently handle patient documentation within the EMR system. You will receive a base salary between $93,136 and $133,600 annually, plus monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds and an optional sign-on bonus up to $20,000. The role includes access to mentorship programs, in-house residency-style training, and free continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
