Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily, efficiently handling patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Provide education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually with monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Requires a CAPTE-accredited PT graduate, current or pending state licensure, and BLS certification. Located at XXXX XX, XX1001.
