Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored education within an interdisciplinary environment. Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily while utilizing Limber Health software for at-home support and data analytics. Join a team focused on expanding access to transformative care, supported by a six-week onboarding program, mentorship, and residency-style development tracks. Base salary ranges from $78,000 to $100,000 annually, with monthly incentives tied to daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus available in select locations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
