Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing individualized education within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Handle a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily while utilizing Limber Health software to support in-clinic care and at-home programs. Earn monthly incentives tied to daily average visit thresholds. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
