Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system, efficiently handling a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily. Deliver education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with monthly incentive bonuses tied to daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available in select locations. Candidates must hold a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, current or pending state licensure, and BLS certification. PT Solutions offers a six-week onboarding program, mentorship, in-house residency training, and access to Limber Health software to support clinical care and professional development.
