Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored education within an interdisciplinary environment. Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Manage a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily. PT Solutions offers a six-week onboarding program, mentorship, and in-house residency-style development tracks. Candidates receive access to Limber Health software for digital patient support and home exercise programs. Monthly incentive earnings are tied to daily visit thresholds, with a base salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 and a potential sign-on bonus up to $30,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
