Job Summary
Provide therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction, including patient and caregiver education and adaptive equipment arrangements. Maintain a variable schedule of four hours daily from 6 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with weekend work as needed. Complete required certifications including Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire and hold a valid Michigan driver's license. This role supports the Rehab Resource Pool at Ludington Hospital within Corewell Health's broader network of outpatient and post-acute facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
- LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross
