Pelvic Health-focused Physical Therapist needed for full-time, on-site outpatient services in Longmont, CO. Responsibilities include direct patient evaluation and treatment of pelvic health conditions (including oncology-related pelvic health and pelvic pain), development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, and patient/family education.
