Physical Therapist - Outpatient Pelvic Floor Rehab

Deliver and supervise physical therapy services, including evaluations, individualized plans of care, treatment implementation, and discharge planning for pediatric adolescent orthopedic patients. Reassess treatment results and actively participate in team-based care involving other disciplines and significant others. Provide coverage for both inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics while adhering to ethical standards, policies, and current practice acts. Requires a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program, a Washington Physical Therapist License, and National Provider BLS certification.
