Part-time Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately. Schedule: Part-Time, Days. Responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations, developing treatment plans, administering therapies, documenting evaluations and progress, educating patients and families, maintaining a safe environment, collaborating with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members, ensuring compliance with facility policies, and adapting to changing patient needs. Requires DPT, state PT licensure, and Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire; 0-2 years of experience preferred; location: Tucson, AZ.
