Job Summary
Physical Therapist (Outpatient) evaluates, diagnoses, plans and provides therapy treatments to meet each patient's medically prescribed needs, following professional standards. The role participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team, with responsibilities including documentation supporting patient care, English-language communication, and proficient computer and office equipment skills. Requires a valid California physical therapy license (or limited permit), BLS-Healthcare Provider certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in Poway, California; aligns with Palomar Health policies and mission.
Required Qualifications
- Required Certification: American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider
- Required License: Valid Driver's License
- Current CA Licensed Physical Therapist or CA Limited Permit
- Minimum Education: As required by certification and/or licensure
