Job Summary
Evaluate orthopedic patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while delivering hands-on physical therapy interventions focused on functional outcomes and patient education. Supervise and direct physical therapist assistants and therapy aides as part of an integrated care team, documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans based on clinical findings. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary setting supported by modern clinical resources. This full-time role features a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, offering three early shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and two late shifts (10:00 AM–7:00 PM). Compensation ranges from $81,000 to $126,000 annually, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a $1,750 annual CEU/CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits with a 4% 401(k) match. New graduates are welcome to apply with mentorship included.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
