Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (Ortho) evaluates, plans, and implements rehabilitation programs to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, boost strength, and prevent or correct deformities. Collaborates with physicians to develop and update treatment plans, creates discharge plans with patient/family input, provides ongoing education to patients and families, and documents evaluations and sessions per departmental guidelines. Maintains ethical standards, confidentiality, and infection prevention, supports effective teamwork, and participates in mandatory education and staff activities. Location indicates Dallas, GA with in-person work; opportunities across multiple locations as described.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy OR Master's Degree in Physical Therapy OR Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
