Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients at the Raceland outpatient clinic. Provide therapeutic interventions, document clinical progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent outcomes. Maintain current physical therapy licensure in the state of practice or eligibility by examination, along with Basic Life Support certification.
