Job Summary
Evaluate patients with neurological conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient neuro setting while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Provide patient and family education to support recovery and independence. Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT)
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
