Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Evaluate patient needs and establish treatment goals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Administer individualized physical therapy treatments and delegate tasks to assistants and technicians as appropriate. Re-evaluate patient status, revise treatment plans, and order necessary medical equipment while instructing patients and families on its use. Document progress through initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries adhering to reimbursement guidelines. Participate in conferences, in-services, and program development activities to support organizational strategic objectives. Provide discipline-specific coverage within the Mary Free Bed system and serve as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students.
