Job Summary
Manage a daily caseload of 10-12 patients in outpatient orthopedics and work rehabilitation, conducting one-hour sessions for injured workers in specialized Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of PTs and PTAs to support functional recovery across general orthopedics, occupational medicine, and return-to-work scenarios. Flexible scheduling options include 4x10s or 4x8s, Monday through Friday, with new graduates welcome under mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and functional rehabilitation
- Interest in workers' compensation, occupational medicine, and return-to-work programming
- 32+ hours of availability per week
- Part-time candidates with at least 20 hours of availability per week
