Physical Therapist - Outpatient - License Required

Job Summary

Manage a daily caseload of 10-12 patients in outpatient orthopedics and work rehabilitation, conducting one-hour sessions for injured workers in specialized Work Conditioning and Work Hardening programs. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of PTs and PTAs to support functional recovery across general orthopedics, occupational medicine, and return-to-work scenarios. Flexible scheduling options include 4x10s or 4x8s, Monday through Friday, with new graduates welcome under mentorship.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Washington State Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and functional rehabilitation
  • Interest in workers' compensation, occupational medicine, and return-to-work programming
  • 32+ hours of availability per week
  • Part-time candidates with at least 20 hours of availability per week
