Job Summary
Outpatient orthopedic clinic Physical Therapist needed in Middletown, DE. Full-time role (40 hours/week) in private practice with a sign-on bonus, serving patients with general orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and neurological cases. Mentorship for new grads, opportunities to develop a specialty or attain certification, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO/holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and continuing education. Open Monday–Friday with no weekends. Autonomy to tailor the schedule while contributing to a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- state license as a Physical Therapist
- Eligible for DE state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Prior outpatient ortho experience preferred
- New grad PTs will be supported and mentored
